Fulfillment Policy

AvenueAR provides a platform for artists to submit their music to industry professionals for evaluation and potential opportunities. To utilize these services, users must purchase prepaid credits, which are then used to submit songs to executives of their choice. It’s important to note that all purchases of prepaid credits and submissions are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, the selected delivery is executed based on the user’s choice and cannot be refunded. AvenueAR guarantees that submitted materials will be reviewed within 30 business days. 

Users have the right to cancel their subscription to any paid services through their AvenueAR account. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current monthly service period, and no refunds will be issued for the month in which the subscription was terminated. Prepaid services remain non-refundable even after cancellation. 

By uploading original musical content and sound recordings to AvenueAR, users grant the platform certain rights, including delivering the content to members of its professional evaluation team. These evaluators are independent contractors affiliated with various companies and are not employees of AvenueAR.
