Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins

Rodney Jerkins is a highly respected American producer, rapper, and songwriter, widely recognized for his distinctive “Darkchild” tagline featured in his productions. His extensive body of work boasts collaborations with some of the most prominent figures in R&B, rap, gospel, pop, and other genres. In the late ‘90s, he made a name for himself by writing songs for music legends such as Mary J. Blige, Aaliyah, and Whitney Houston.
